This file is updated each Tuesday morning. Note about confidential records - the Property Appraiser's office removes names and addresses from the state mandated confidential records (indicated by "S" in the CF field) before distributing the records to us. Records with a "Y" value in the CF field are not required to be redacted but the citizen has requested it. For web publishing use, we use the vParcelPublic view which hides those names/addresses too.
